Our Story

Built Slow,
Brewed Right

Edisto River Brewing started with a simple conviction: that great beer doesn't need to rush. The river that shares its name moves at its own pace — wide, deliberate, and deep — and we brew the same way.

Our brewhouse sits on Main Road in Johns Island, just west of Charleston. We source locally where we can, experiment freely with hop varieties and grain bills, and never compromise on the patience a proper fermentation demands.

Whether you're stopping by for a single pour or planning a private gathering, we treat every guest the way we'd treat a fellow brewer: with honesty and a genuine interest in the experience.
